Thoracic Radiology Fellowship Training Program
(Academic Year 2022)

The LCP Radiology Department is now accepting applications for its Thoracic Radiology Fellowship Training Program which will start on January 1, 2022. All applicants should submit the following documents to the Department of Radiology Office, Ground floor, Lung Center of the Philippines on or before November 15, 2021 (5:00 PM).

This is a 1-year full-immersion training program designed to provide an opportunity for radiologists who are interested to pursue a subspecialization in Thoracic Imaging at the advanced level. This program also aims to foster capacity building for thoracic imaging among regional and provincial centers.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must be at least a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Radiology.
2. Has finished or will be finishing CT-MRI Fellowship not later than December 30, 2021.

3. PRC Medical Board Rating
4. PRC Medical Board Certificate
5. Certificate of Radiology Residency Training
6. DPBR certificate
7. Certificate of CT-MRI Fellowship Training
8. Two (3) Letters of Recommendation from the institution where last training was completed:
           a. Training Officer
           b. Department Chair
10.Photocopy of updated PRC ID Card (front and back)
11.Recent 2x2 picture
