Adult Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship Training Program Requirements
(Academic Year 2022 starts on April 1, 2022)

The LCP Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine Department is now accepting applications to its PCCP-accredited Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship Training Program starting January 3, 2022. The training program will commence on April 1, 2022. All applicants should submit the following documents to the Pulmonary Medicine Department Office, 3rd floor, Lung Center of the Philippines on or before March 1, 2022 (Tuesday), 5:00 PM. Written Examination schedule will be on March 8, 2022 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM and interview on March 9, 2022 at 9:00AM.

A.  QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Graduate of PCP-accredited Residency Training Program in Internal Medicine
  2. PCP Diplomate/Fellow (or will be taking the PSBIM examination on March 06, 2022)

B.  GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Curriculum vitae (include mobile number)

  6. PCP Diplomate Certificate (Certified True Copy)
  7. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation from the Department of Medicine where IM training was completed:

c.  IM Consultant

  1. PRC ID Card – front and back (Photocopy)
  2. Two (2) pcs. 2” x 2” recent colored photos (less than 3 months, with white background)
  3. Updated ACLS Certification
